Dr. Michael Popov, the founder of Monarch Concierge, is a board-certified psychiatrist who integrates medical and psychiatric perspectives to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
He earned his medical degree at Touro University Nevada, where he was inducted into a national academic honor society, and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, achieving the highest program-wide exam scores.
Dr. Popov’s experience spans private outpatient and inpatient settings, state and forensic hospitals, city jail, serving as Medical Director at a neuropsychiatric clinic, and treating veterans at the VA. Beyond clinical work, he has trained Las Vegas Metro Police in crisis intervention, mentored psychiatry residents, precepted medical students, and volunteered alongside Patch Adams at a children’s hospital.
He has advanced training in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Spravato/Ketamine, Alpha-Stim, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders with Suboxone and Vivitrol.
